We do offer personalized items, but we do not offer custom personalization.
We do not refund merchandise, but will do exchanges for anything in the store. The only time we won't do this, is if the item is broken beyond our control (which means it was broken due to your negligence) or if the item such as clothing has had tags removed, doesn't have a receipt, has been washed, etc...Sweatshirts with zippers broken will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced, but may be repaired if desired, at buyer's expense. We feel this is very liberal and will take each situation on a case by case basis.
Buy something that you like! Consider selecting a souvenir that not only captures the memories of your trip, but also compliments you in some manner or another. Are you fun, organized, laid back, in charge? Depending on who you are, you may want something that is just crazy, or maybe it has to be perfect, or perhaps you'll just know it when you see it. Whatever you let affect your decision in selecting a souvenir, make sure that the final product is something that you like.
SunChasers Souvenirs respects the privacy of our customers. Any personal or financial information supplied by you, will be kept in strict confidentiality and will be for company use only. We do not sell e-mail lists or give out personal information to anyone. We will request enough information to process your order, and will ask for contact information in case more information is needed. Our guestbook, if you sign it, is only a way for you to leave your mark, an "I was here", so to speak, and we will not publish any personal information beyond what you specify.
